Your tasks:
- Providing Chat-Support
- Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
- Face-to-face support directly on the hardware at fixed times
- Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
- Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company
- Release of hardware and coordination with procurement
- Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets
- Routing tickets to other support teams
- Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner
Your skills:
- You are passionate about Tech
- initial experience in support or customer service
- You think in a structured and innovative way, enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and an independent way of working characterize you
- You have a service mentality
- Fluent English, German is welcome
