• Providing  Chat-support
• Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
• Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
• Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company.
• Creating tickets for hardware requests
• Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets.
• Routing tickets to other support teams
• Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner.

• You are passionate about Tech.
• You think in a structured and innovative way, enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
